Emirates has officially opened a new passenger lounge at Concourse C (SAT-1), Suvarnabhumi Airport. This reflects the airline’s commitment to elevate the premium travel experience by providing a superior ground experience for its customers.
New lounge, spacious, comfortable, accommodating A380 passengers
The new lounge is located on a spacious area of 1,454 square meters, accommodating up to 250 passengers. It is Emirates’ largest international passenger lounge, second only to its main base in Dubai. This expansion allows Emirates to comfortably accommodate premium passengers traveling on two Airbus A380 flights simultaneously.
Luxurious decor, complete facilities
First and Business Class passengers, as well as Emirates Skywards members, will experience an exceptional pre-flight experience. With premium furniture in Emirates’ signature style, enjoy a luxurious buffet and relax in a comfortable atmosphere. The lounge is fully equipped with shower facilities, free Wi-Fi, and a diverse menu of food and beverages that combine the uniqueness of local and international cuisine, including classic Thai desserts.
Convenient, close to the boarding gate
Emirates is one of the first airlines to relocate its passenger lounge to Concourse C (SAT-1) to provide a convenient experience for passengers traveling on all six daily flights from Bangkok to Dubai and Hong Kong. The lounge is located on the 4th floor of SAT-1 and is just a 5-minute walk to the boarding gate.
Global lounge network
The Bangkok passenger lounge is part of Emirates’ global network of over 41 passenger lounges, with 7 located at Dubai International Airport and another 34 at destinations around the world. Emirates also offers eligible passengers access to partner lounges at select destinations.
35 years of commitment to Thailand
This year, Emirates is celebrating its 35th anniversary of service in Thailand. Throughout this period, the airline has reaffirmed its commitment to promoting the growth of tourism and business in Thailand, which is considered a major travel hub in Southeast Asia. Currently, Emirates operates 5 daily flights between Dubai and Bangkok using Airbus A380 and Boeing 777 aircraft, along with 2 daily flights between Phuket and Dubai, and 1 daily direct flight from Bangkok to Hong Kong.
Leader in premium services
Emirates is the international airline with the highest passenger capacity on routes to and from Bangkok, offering more than 870 First and Business Class seats per day. This comprehensive capacity to accommodate premium passengers reinforces Emirates’ position as a leading international airline for superior travel between Bangkok and destinations worldwide.
Bangkok, a popular destination
Bangkok is Emirates’ second largest destination in terms of First and Business Class seats, reflecting the popularity of travel and the increasing demand for premium services.
A superior experience both on the ground and in flight
Traveling with Emirates offers an experience that goes beyond just flying. First and Business Class passengers can enjoy a complimentary chauffeur-drive service, covering a distance of 60 kilometers from Suvarnabhumi Airport, along with dedicated check-in counters.
On board Emirates’ Airbus A380, premium passengers will experience an exceptional level of service, including the airline’s signature onboard lounge, private First Class suites, luxurious shower spas, and the award-winning ice inflight entertainment system with over 6,500 on-demand channels.
